the finest ingredients
Fresh, natural ingredients of the highest quality are always hand selected. Cultured Swiss style butter and fresh cream are daily staples and whole raw nuts and seeds are toasted and ground as required. During the summer and fall, our chef personally visits the Farmers Market every week to select the finest, freshest produce from local farmers - organic when available. Our recipes call for exquisite European chocolate and pure bourbon vanilla beans and extract, as well as authentic liqueurs and robust brandies.
