double chocolate
3 layer very moist dark chocolate cake spread with a thin layer of raspberry jam and filled with a whipped cream lightened bittersweet ganache. The whole is glazed with a shiny bittersweet European chocolate glaze and beautifully hand decorated.
carrot cake
Well loved by all this is a particularly light and moist nut and raisin free version of the classic. Filled and frosted with a tangy cream cheese frosting.
citrus poppyseed
Lemon and orange poppyseed sponge moistened with lemon syrup and filled with our own fresh lemon curd and frosted with a citrus cream cheese frosting. Decorated with a sunflower yellow filigree border.
raspberry flower cake
This one is a showstopper. Raspberry yogurt Bavarian filled chiffon cake decorated with a soft pink Italian meringue. Each layer brushed with Framboise syrup and raspberry jam. Looks like a big soft pink dahlia. Sizes from 6".
tropical delight
Pineapple chiffon moistened with a coconut rum syrup and filled with passion fruit curd and coconut mousse all covered with a toasted golden soft meringue frosting. Sizes from 6".
