Our handmade chocolate truffles and molded chocolates are made with pure, natural ingredients such as fresh creams, herbs, nuts and liqueurs. We use only high quality European couverture chocolate such as cacao barry,michel cluizel , and lindt. Flavours vary according to season and chef's whim.

Irresistible butter toffee coated with Lindt Bittersweet Chocolate and freshly toasted pecans all sprinkled with Fleur de Sel. I have to hide it or we'll never have enough for our customers....Gluten-free.
